whooo lord...he almost makes me want to go to law school

I'll get to the recap of The Good Wife later, but can we please talk about how delicious Josh Charles is?? He first captured our hearts playing Knox Overstreet in Dead Poet's Society. Even at a young age, I knew he was amazing.

But I think my favorite character was Brian in Don't Tell Mom the Babysitters Dead. Driving around in that clown car, delivering hamburgers. Ahh...a man after my own heart. And we all know I love that circus theme music. I mean, just look how adorable he was!

deet-deet-dedle-dedle-dum-dum-dah-dum

He later went on to star in Threesome - a movie which I will not recap because not only does the name say it all, but he also played a gay. He was extremely cute in it, so I'll give him some credit for that.

yum-oooo

He then starred in Sports Night (no supporting roles for my man!) as Dan Rydell. This was the first show from Aaron Sorkin, who did West Wing - which I love, and in some circles SN is highly regarded. But I had a hard time following along with this ESPN type show. Too much sports! And I blame Felicity Huffman because she drives me b-a-n-a-n-a-s.

He did SWAT and then Four Brothers, in which he shattered my hopes and dreams playing a bad cop, and finally we arrive at THE GOOD WIFE (seriously, who needs IMDB when you have me!).
Poor Will Gardner has been in love with Alicia since the days of Georgetown Law. And if you saw the preview for next week - whoooo, it was steamy - then you know they have never had "good timing". I blame Alicia for this, because anytime is Josh Charles-time, you know what I'm saying?

But last night, after I-don't-know-how-many-seasons, Alicia finally found some balls and stuck up for herself. Hell to the no she told her husband. Hell to the no she told her mother in law. And a super HELL NO she told to Galinda, who I actually feel for. "Was my husband good?" Alicia asked her. Loooord have mercy. I would have replied, "uhhh not really".

I was totally loving how Alicia was eying Will in the conference room and he knew she was watching him...and how she pulled out the magazine with him in it. LOVE. I also loved how Will picked up on the tension between A and G....and when he found out Alicia was separated from Chris Noth, man the wave of happiness and hopefulness that washed over his face, well it made my heart swell. But it was the preview for the season finale that had me up for an hour after the show ended, taking cold showers. I barely can contain my excitement for next week's show.

PS - just for the hell of it...

XOXO,

Mrs. Bunny Charles
